McKinney, TX · U.S. software studio

We ship software. Then we take the same standard to your project.

P MAJ LABS is a product studio, not a pitch deck. Three builds we stand behind: a live app on both stores, a local AI companion, and field-service software for operators who are done stitching five tools together.

The three we highlight.

Everything else stays in the lab until it is ready to stand next to these.

Live on both stores

ScanProgress

Body composition tracking for gyms and supplement stores that run InBody scanners. Members keep a history instead of a paper printout. Owners get an app their members actually open. Shipped to Apple and Google, running in a live retail location.

  • iOS and Android, both approved
  • Multi-location from day one
  • Trends, comparison, bio age, store challenges

Local Agent X

A local-first AI companion that actually does the work — browser, files, code, calendar, mail, voice — on your machine. Memory stays on disk. Your keys, your models, your tools. Built because cloud chatbots stop at the edge of real execution.

  • Runs locally, not as a hosted chatbot
  • Persistent memory and a real tool runtime
  • Daily driver for the studio that built it

Jobs In Order

Field-service operations for contractors who are drowning in Housecall Pro, Monday, Word templates, and permit phone calls. Jobs, techs, permits, and customer follow-up in one system — built with a real generator company as the design partner.

  • Job board, routing, and technician views
  • Permitting status instead of a spreadsheet
  • Live at jobsinorder.com

What we do for clients.

Same shop that ships the products above. Same bar.

Custom software

When off-the-shelf does not match how you operate, we build the thing that does. Web apps, dashboards, integrations, internal tools.

  • SaaS and internal platforms
  • API and POS integrations
  • Fixed scope, written before we start
  • You own the code

iOS and Android

Not a prototype in TestFlight forever. We have taken an app through Apple and Google review and kept it in production afterward.

  • Native and cross-platform
  • Store submission and review
  • Privacy, accounts, and demo credentials
  • Maintenance after launch

Websites and SEO

Fast sites that work on a phone and can actually be found. No page-builder hostage fees. Thin on purpose — this is not the whole company.

  • Design and build from scratch
  • Technical SEO and schema
  • Local search for DFW businesses
  • You own the domain and the files

How we work.

Small studio. Direct communication. No account manager layer.

1

Audit first

Before a quote, we look at what you have and write down what is actually wrong. You keep that document either way.

2

Fixed scope

A written scope with a number. No hourly surprises, no change orders for things that were obviously part of the job.

3

Build in the open

You see it on a real staging URL as it comes together, not in a slide deck when it is too late to change anything.

4

Launch and stay

We handle launch, DNS, and store submission when that is the job. Then we stay available, because unmaintained software dies.

About P MAJ LABS

P MAJ LABS LLC is a Texas software studio in McKinney, founded by Pedro Manrique. Before writing software for other businesses, Pedro spent years running one: a Nutrishop retail location, with inventory, payroll, and the kind of tools that look fine in a demo and fail on a Sunday night.

That is why the public site only shows three products. ScanProgress had to pass Apple and Google. Jobs In Order has to survive a real contractor’s week. Local Agent X has to be useful on the machine it was built on. If it is not ready to stand next to those, it is not on this page.

Tell us what is broken.

Send the site, the workflow, or the app that is not doing the job. You get a straight answer about whether we can help — not a pitch deck.
